Earlier this month our string duo played for the wedding of Elaine and Philip in the Lady Chapel at Winchester Cathedral. It was a great privilege to be able to play in the Cathedral which offers one of the finest examples of Norman Gothic architecture in the country. Wedding Upwaltham Barns West Sussex

Our second string quartet wedding last weekend was on Sunday at Upwaltham Barns in West Sussex . This wedding venue has been created from a group of converted traditional Sussex flint barns and now provides a stunning wedding venue in the South Downs National Park between Chichester and Petworth. Wiltshire wedding

It's not that often that the string quartet plays for a wedding where the music provided really plays a significant role in the wedding celebration. Great Barn wedding Titchfield Hampshire

On Saturday the string quartet was at yet another new wedding venue for us The Great Barn at Titchfield. Built between 1409 to 1411 as part of Titchfield Abbey this medieval gem is the largest timber framed barn in Hampshire and one of the largest in England. Yesterday it provided the venue for Kirsty and Jame's wedding reception. Surrey weddings

The string quartet has just done two lovely yet very different weddings this week in Surrey. Mid week we were back at the beautiful Cain Manor on the Surrey Hampshire border where we played for Kelly and Matt's civil wedding and reception. Elmers Court Hotel wedding Lymington

On Sunday the string quartet was back in the New Forest for a wedding at the Elmers Court Hotel and Resort in Lymington. It was our first visit to the this hotel which is beautifully situated on the banks of Lymington Harbour. We set up in a small gazebo on the manicured lawns of the hotel. Three Choirs Vineyard wedding Hampshire

Yesterday the string quartet had the pleasure of playing for the wedding of Chris and Rosa amongst the vines at The Three Choirs Vineyard in Shedfield Hampshire. The string quartet set up next to the wedding pavilion right in the heart of the vineyard where we played for the guests arrival. Tithe Barn wedding Petersfield

The string quartet was back at the lovely converted Tithe Barn in Ditcham near Petersfield yesterday for the first of our two visits this year to this beautiful wedding venue. Froyle Park String Duo Hampshire
